The CJ Mental Health Work Group was launched in June 2010. The group will advocate for increased access to bilingual and culturally competent services for area Latinos. It will provide a network of providers and in other ways work to improve the continuity of care for Latinos with mental health issues. This group is open to anyone who works with Latinos in the mental health field or has a desire to contribute to the group's initiatives.
Meetings are held at The Women’s Initiative, 1007 E High St, Charlottesville, VA. For more information or to join the group, please contact Elizabeth Irvin at eirvin@thewomensinitiative.org
