CRECIENDO JUNTOS –
GROWING TOGETHER
|
Resource Guides
|
Resource guides are key to a holistic approach to customer service
even though they become quickly outdated.
For our Latino
population, it is important that guides indicate whether or not
an office has front line (receptionists, telephone operators,
telephone message lines) bilingual services and service providers.
Also noteworthy is the distinction between services for citizens,
legal residents, immigrants with work permits, and undocumented
immigrants.
Cheryl Ribano
has developed or assisted in the compilation of many local resource
guides. She prepared three of the guides in this section for Creciendo
Juntos. Please contact Cheryl directly if you have new or corrected
information for these guides: cribando@comcast.net
Please feel
free to print out, use and distribute any of the resources below
or in other parts of the CJ website.
